City And Colour, Nickelback, Hedley, Deadmau5, Drake, Feist, Michael Bublé e Avril Lavigne sono tra gli artisti con il maggior numero di nomination ai Juno Awards di quest'anno. I Juno Awards-Canada's Music Awards vengono assegnati dal febbraio 1970. La sede è sempre stata a Toronto, ma nel 1991 si è deciso di portare la cerimonia anche presso altre città della nazione nordamericana e così la serata di premiazione ha avuto luogo anche a, tra le altre sedi, Halifax, Ottawa e Saskatoon. L'edizione 2011 è però tornata a Toronto dove, all'Air Canada Centre, è stata presentata dal rapper Drake. La tornata 2012, che sarà presentata da William Shatner, il veterano attore canadese specialmente noto per il ruolo del capitano Kirk in "Star Trek", si svolgerà il prossimo 1° aprile presso lo Scotiabank Place di Ottawa, Ontario. City And Colour (pseudo di Dallas Green, ex Alexisonfire), Nickelback e gli Hedley (quartetto pop della British Columbia) hanno 4 nomination, Deadmau5, Drake, Feist, Bublé e Lavigne ne hanno tre, Justin Bieber due.
