Sono state rese note le nomination agli Aria Awards, venticinquesima manifestazione della Australian Recording Industry Association. Gli ARIAs si terranno il prossimo 27 novembre presso la Allphones Arena di Sidney. Ovviamente i nomi pił rappresentati nel campo delle nomination sono quelli locali, come ad esempio gli Architecture In Helsinki e il particolarissimo Gurrumul, ma non mancano esponenti di altre nazioni, come ad esempio Keith Urban. Il cantante australiano Gotye conduce la corsa con ben 7 nomination; a quota 6 il gruppo folk Boy And Bear, la formazione hip-hop Drapht e il gruppo rock alternativo Eskimo Joe. La lista completa:
